At Omi Beauty Store, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Refund, Exchange, and Shipping Policy carefully before making a purchase.


IN-STORE RETURNS & EXCHANGES

General Return Conditions

     Original receipt is required for all returns or exchanges.

     Returns or exchanges must be requested within 15 days of purchase.

     Items must be:

     Unworn

     Unwashed

     Free from stains, odors, or damage

     In original packaging with tags attached

We reserve the right to refuse any item that does not meet our return standards.


UNDERGARMENTS & INTIMATE WEAR

For hygiene and safety reasons:

     All underwear, panties, briefs, shapewear, and intimate items with a crotch area are FINAL SALE.

     These items cannot be returned or exchanged unless received damaged or defective.


 

BRAS

Everyday & Fashion Bras

     No refunds are offered on bras.

     Bras that are:

     Brand new

     Unworn

     With original tags attached

may qualify for:

     Size exchange, or

     Store credit within 20 days of purchase.

If a bra has been worn and fit concerns arise within 15 days, our team may assess the issue and offer store credit up to 50% of the retail value, depending on product condition.


LINGERIE

Lingerie items may be returned within 10 days only if:

     Unworn

     Unwashed

     Tags attached

     In original condition

Items containing panties must remain sealed or hygienically attached.


BRIDAL COLLECTIONS

Bridal items such as bridal basques or special fitting garments may be exchanged for store credit within 20 days if:

     The item is in perfect saleable condition

     Unworn and undamaged

     Tags and packaging remain intact

SPECIAL EVENTS & PROMOTIONAL SALES

Items purchased during:

     Sales

     Special events

     Clearance promotions

     Pop-up events

are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.


ONLINE RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Eligibility

Online returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery.

Returned items must:

     Be unused and unworn

     Have original tags and labels attached

     Be returned in original packaging

     Items must be:

     Unworn

     Unwashed

     Free from stains, odors, or damage

     In original packaging with tags attached


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

     Underwear & intimate apparel

     Worn or washed items

     Altered products

     Gift cards

     Promotional or giveaway items

     Final sale products


RETURN PROCESS

To request a return or exchange:

  1. Contact our customer support team via WhatsApp, email, or social media.
  2. Share your:

     Order number

     Product details

     Reason for return/exchange

  1. Once approved, you will receive return instructions and tracking details.
  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging with invoice included.

RETURN SHIPPING

     Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless:

     The item received is defective

     Wrong item was delivered

     Order arrived damaged

     Exchange processing charges may apply.


REFUNDS

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

     Approved refunds will be processed within 7–15 business days.

     Refunds will be issued through the original payment method where applicable.

Please note:

     Shipping charges are non-refundable.

     Processing time may vary depending on banks or payment providers.


EXCHANGES

We currently do not offer direct exchanges for different colors or products.

To exchange an item:

  1. Return the eligible item
  2. Place a new order separately

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

     Contact us within 3 days of delivery

     Provide clear photos/videos of:

     Product

     Packaging

     Invoice

Approved claims may qualify for:

     Replacement

     Store credit

     Refund

Replacement shipping charges may apply.


WHEN RETURNS OR EXCHANGES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED

Omi Beauty Store reserves the right to reject returns/exchanges if:

     Request is made outside the allowed timeframe

     Product has been worn, washed, damaged, or altered

     Tags, labels, invoice, or packaging are missing

     Product was purchased from an unauthorized seller

     Damage occurred after delivery

     Customer refuses original delivery packaging verification

Please note:

     Product colors may vary slightly due to lighting or screen settings.

     Decorative accessories used in photoshoots may not be included unless stated.


ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

Customers may cancel orders before shipment processing begins.

Omi Beauty Store reserves the right to cancel orders due to:

     Out-of-stock items

     Pricing errors

     Payment issues

     Failed verification

     Quality control concerns

     Suspected fraudulent activity

If payment has already been made, eligible refunds will be processed accordingly.

Domestic Shipping (Pakistan)

Delivery Charges

Shipping charges typically range from Rs. 250 to Rs. 500 depending on:

     Parcel size

     Order weight

Additional charges (if applicable) will be communicated before dispatch.


Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times:

     Major Cities: 3–5 business days

     Remote Areas: 5–7 business days

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

Delivery delays may occur during:

     Public holidays

     Sales periods

     Weather disruptions

     Courier operational delays


Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery orders may require phone verification before dispatch.

Omi Beauty Store reserves the right to process verified customer orders without telephonic confirmation during busy periods.

We strive to display product colors as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may slightly vary depending on:

     Photography effects

Such variations do not qualify as defects.
