Refund Policy

IN-STORE RETURNS:

Your receipt is required for any return or exchange to be considered within 10 days from receipt date. Items that have been worn, washed, stained, snagged or have an odour will NOT BE ACCEPTED unless defective by manufacturer’s standards. With your purchase, we agree that you are satisfied with the product and that it fits properly.

We reserve the right to refuse any item that is not in brand new, unworn condition, with the original tags and packaging.

All sorts of underwear items

All sales are final for all items with a crotch, for everyone’s safety.

Every-day and Fashion Bras

NO REFUNDS. Only bras that are brand new, unworn and with the tags may be considered for full price exchange or STORE CREDIT within 30 days of purchase.

Adjusting to your new, properly fitting bra may take up to 2 weeks. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a bra that you have worn, we will gladly take a look at the fit to find a solution and give you store credit for 50% of the bra’s retail price within 14 days of purchase.

Lingerie

Only items that are brand new, unworn and with tags attached may be returned within 10 days of purchase. Items that include panties must still be attached.

Gifted items without a receipt can be exchanged for store credit only.

Bridal

We understand you may need to test foundations for your dress fitting, we will gladly exchange bridal Basques that don’t fit with your dress for store credit as long as it is in perfect, saleable condition within 20 days of purchase.

Special Events and Parties

We hope you had fun and enjoyed our hospitality! Due to the event expense, giveaways, and discounts unique to special events, all sales are final.

ONLINE RETURNS

* We accept returns within 10 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be in new and unused condition, with all tags and labels attached.

* Due to hygiene reasons, certain items such as underwear and intimate apparel may only be eligible for return if they are unopened, unworn, and in their original packaging.

Return Process:

* To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team or visit our website to request a return and you will be provided a tracking id.

* Pack the item(s) securely in their original packaging and include a copy of the packing slip or order confirmation.

* Clearly mark the tracking number on the outside of the package.

* Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

Refund Processing:

* Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

* If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 15 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Exchanges:

* We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.

Non-Returnable Items:

* For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.

* Gift cards and promotional items are non-refundable.

Defective or Damaged Items:

* If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer support team immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund.

Final Sale Items:

* Some items may be marked as “final sale” and are not eligible for return or exchange. Please check product listings for details.


OMI BEAUTY CANNOT OFFER A RETURN IN SUCH SCENARIOS

* Exchange request is made outside the specified time frame.

* Product colors may vary slightly due to the photographic lighting source or the screen, thus the product is not eligible for exchange for this particular reason.

* Product is damaged because of use.

* Product has been tampered.

* Anything is missing from the package including tags, labels, original packing and order invoice.

* Do not accept the parcel if it’s damage or seal opened. OMI BEAUTY will not be responsible for such exchanges.

* Any excess fabric or embellishment utilized during shoots will not be provided with the product unless mentioned on the website.

* OMI BEAUTY does not take responsibility for items purchased from any unauthorized sellers and individuals.

* Any order placed at OMIBEAUTY.store, will be delivered in the original OMI BEAUTY flyer and/or International and local orders that are delivered in a box will be wrapped with the OMI BEAUTY logo tape. We will not entertain any complaint where customer hasn’t received the order in the original flyer / tape.

* Credit/Debit card order(s) when the customer cancels the order, before OMI BEAUTY starts processing the shipment.

* An article is found to be defective during Quality Control and being the only piece available, gets removed from the order.

* Products are returnable within the 3 days of delivery if you’ve received them in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, defective or different from their description on the product detail page on OMI BEAUTY. Customer is required to apply for return & exchange by form on portal.

(Note: Replacement charges will be applicable Rs: 300/- )



Order Cancellation

Customer may cancel the order at any time before the order has been processed.

OMI BEAUTY has the right to cancel orders for reasons such as – item is out of stock, pricing errors, article found as defective in Quality Control.
