How to measure for underwear and bras
Underwear: waist and hips
- Waist: wrap the tape around the narrowest part of your torso, just above the belly button. Stand naturally and don't pull your stomach in.
- Hips: measure around the fullest part of your hips and bottom, keeping the tape level and snug.
Bra: underbust and bust
- Underbust: measure snugly around your ribcage, just under the breasts. Add 4 inches and round up to the next even number. That is your band size.
